The transition to a pervasively-digital world is disruptive and confusing at times, but one thing is clear: data is the new coin of the realm. What separates the winners from the losers?
A recent survey of 350 top digital marketers conducted by non-profit think tank Society of New Communications Research (SNCR) and social media consultancy Human 1.0 found that 80% of marketers believe data-driven marketing enables better understanding of their customers, but 78% admit they don’t adequately use the available customer data.
To use all of the data available in the era of the all-digital consumer, marketers need the right platform, the right people, and the right partners.
Listen in as Francois Gossieaux, SNCR Founding Member and Mike Baker, CEO & co-Founder of DataXu, the industry’s only fully-integrated enterprise digital marketing management (DMM) platform, explore the survey results and discuss why companies need to master to data and analytics to compete in the digital age.
